Pictured flouting social distancing rules on his 71st birthday. He should be a bit more careful as an over 70, but I guess he was maybe there, but not involved?

Expecting the media will be all over this and demanding his resignation.

Did or was he remotely involved in drafting the laws of the lockdown or advising the govt on this issue

if not then where is the relevance.

It's no way as bad as what Cummings did so don't try and make it out as such.
Yes he should have been 2m away, but he might not have been the one who initiated the closeness. It takes two to do the social distancing Tango afterall. I've often been the unwitting victim of someone encroaching on my social distance bubble and so yes, I'm guilty of it too.

As the dood said you don't know who initiated the close contact.
I had to get someone round to look at a leaky drain that's leaked onto house rotting floorboards and joists. Opened the door for him and pointing where it was and he immediately grabbed my hand a shook hands. Had to go was my hands. Still not got drain sorted.o_O

Amazingly there is never a story on JC nowadays in any of his fav publications such as the Daily Mail. He used to have his own section with their journalists.

Here is a photograph taken two days ago, you will see no Social Distancing between the two men pictured, I’m sure those upset by Corbyn breaking the guidelines will be equally quick to condemn the men in this picture and call for them to lose their jobs too.

By the way wasn’t Cummings press conference a breach of guidelines ? private gardens were very definitely off limits even with social distancing in place and yet he holds it in his mates back yard.....

Yes Corbyn should maintain his social distance and it is wrong that he hasn’t but at time’s we have all had our personal Covid bubble invaded by passers by, rude shoppers and people who don’t seem to have a concept of what 2m is, there are levels and expecting someone to receive the same punishment for a parking offence as an armed robbery level is just plain silly.

Absolutely. As many have said, a breach is a breach. You can also add Ian Blackford to the list with Kinnock, Jennrick, Corbyn, and no doubt many others in positions of responsibility and power.
