I remember him giving us the lead at Arsenal. Ms R and I had blagged tickets in the Corporate seats and didn’t control ourselves when he scored. When we finally sat down the guy next to us, with brilliant insight, said ‘You must be Boro fans’. The Arsenal fans were great and we had a good chat, although half of them didn’t make it back from the free bar at half time: worse than the North Stand!
