As reported on Sky Sport News, just entered field of play and getting booed by a large portion of the Villa crowd. Don't agree with the boo boys at all.
 
I don't recall him angling for a move or downing tools.

I think he was a bit of a cretin in his younger days but he's earned Villa £100m.
 
Definitely strange. The lads villa through and through.

What were we like when Downing first came back? I guess it's a similar situation. I can't remember (he got plenty of stick after he resigned).
 
Did they expect a player that good was just going to accept never winning anything his entire career just because he supports the club? Some fans are completely deluded.
