"Its OK not to feel OK!" Mental Health and lock-down

We can easily forget that mental illness cannot always be seen: those experiencing issues related to their mental health often self - isolate and find it difficult to talk to others about their thoughts and feelings, but their health is no less important.
Stigma continues to impact on peoples lives - talking to others and reaching out is still difficult for some people.

Lock-down can negatively impact any individual already experiencing mental "isolation."
Charities such as Mind / Combat Stress / Rethink have advice available online for those of our friends, family and workmates who are experiencing a particularly bad time at the moment.
We shouldnt forget that partners and carers are impacted upon when someone is experiencing low mood, depressive episodes and other mental illness.
