It’s looking like a potential landslide victory for Joe Biden

Wouldnt it make more sense for there to be an age limit for any political leader? Trump is too old. Biden admitted he was too old after his 2 terms as VP. Bernie is great but I would say is also too old.
If they are going to vote in an old fart then Noam Chomsky should be in there.

The beauty of Biden as President would be that his VP is a black, relatively young woman. A very good chance, at his age, that the US will end up with a black woman President. Wouldnt that be just what the world needs?
I dont wish death on the old boot but maybe just earlier than expected retirement.

She's actually half Indian and quarter Jamaican (although I think her dad has disowned her so she might not be able to claim this even ;)).
All (and I mean all) my Indian friends in the US despise her and her shape-shifting.

Interesting... in my circles there aren't that many republicans, certainly not republican Indians... they're all democrats.

So republicans love her and democrats hate her... probably explains why she got zero delegates in the primaries before dropping out.

Hopefully they are correct but I’m not reading too much into them.

Trump will be hoping that he can gaslight more “suckers” and “losers”between now and November.

Potential Biden landslide is back on.

Trump has imploded, withdrawing from stimulus negotiations will sink his re-election bid.

I really don't know if you can trust these anymore, what people say and what they do in the ballot box are different

The polls last time were within the margin of error.

They’ve factored in the small errors from 2016 this time around.

Even if they’re wrong by the same amount they were in 2016 on top of what they’ve already factored in, Biden still wins.

Trump needs a miracle.

I'm not too sure either... I bet there's loads of 'silent' trump supporters
I'll tell you for a fact the are. Plus Clinton got. Approx 6 m more votes last time. It's like the UK system, not the total number rather where the marginal seats are

It would be the landslide you speak of if he was up against a strong, credible candidate. Biden is neither. Here’s hoping he scrapes home though because that might have to do.

Sigh. They factored in the shy Trump voter. They’re looked at the data and added an education screen, as it was non-college educated white voters where Trump outperformed his polls. If they factor it in again after they’ve already factored it in, Biden still wins.

Trump’s only advantage is voter enthusiasm.

It will be similar to the UK

"On Tuesday, YouGov released its final poll, which suggests Boris Johnson is on course to win a slim parliamentary majority"

We all know how that ended

It gave the Conservatives a 28 seat majority.

The sort of polling error you’re talking about would be the equivalent of them predicting a Conservative 28 seat majority and ending up with a Labour majority.

Trump doesn’t have a realistic path to victory if he loses Pennsylvania and Florida. In the polling averages he’s down 7 in Pennsylvania and 4 points in Florida.

Margin of error is roughly 2 points, he still loses both as it stands.

Why would it change now? He’s just killed the stimulus hopes of tens of millions of Americans.

I'm really looking forward to Biden winning, taking orange man out of the equation I'm sure we will be able to be just as critical of Biden and I'll no longer be called a right wing nut job by some people for calling him out on it. 😊

I think Biden wins. Hilary was pretty well hated and still won the popular vote. How many 2016 trump voters took a chance on him / voted purely because of a hatred of hilary? A damn site more than voted for hilary and would now vote trump.

I'm still not sure how smoothly it will go through. Trump won't go down without a fight even if he loses. I wouldn't be at all surprised if he enables his Proud boyes etc onto the streets as lets be honest there's a very good chance if he leaves office he and his organisation end up in jail.
