Is Patrick Roberts still here?

Looked a canny player, just starting to fit in to our way of play prior to his injury. Is he even still at the club? Is his season long loan extended automatically due to mitigating circumstance, or has all this yet to be decided by EFL etc?

I hope so and that he’s fit again and can play, we’ll need him should the season start again

Joined till the end of the season, but I'd guess the contract is a lot more specific on a date than that.
If football has to return early, hopefully that date was the 30th of June.

But then Tomas Kalas joined till the "end of the season" and was ineligible for the play-offs, so that may not be the case.

I can't see why Man City would prevent him returning if he did need a short term extension, so it would be up to him.
There was talk of him coming back for a second season anyway if we stayed up, so an extra month wouldn't hurt.
