Am thinking back and recall there was no press conference when Mark Venus took over in similar circumstances nor when Colin Coiper did and Mark Proctor. Probably realise Leo has an awful lot on his plate and unfair on him to have to face questions about Chris Wilder.Did you receive a nod as to why this is Rob? Pretty standard procedure isn't it?
Do you usually receive a notification/invite with a time/date/location each week, and did this just not arrive?
Would have loved to hear Leo speak.
Yes I usually get an invite. But I think this would probably be very unfair on Leo. Just too short notice and maybe too much to ask him to prepare for Wednesday and answer questions about Chris Wilder departure. Need to be fair to Leo.Did you receive a nod as to why this is Rob? Standard MFC PR (or lack thereof) tactics.I might be clutching my pearls here but the lack of communication is quite amazing really. Nobody arsed enough to speak to Tees, no pre-match press conference. Three cold sentences dismissing a manager and his staff. It’s a bit sh*t IMO.
My phone and laptop was broken yesterday I was supposed to have done 3 interviews for the media.Standard MFC PR (or lack thereof) tactics.

Last time Gibson spoke was when we unveiled Woodgate I think. I'm not expecting to hear from him every week, but when these big pivotal decisions are made there should be some communication, even if it is from his Head of Football.I agree, I posted yesterday how we need leadership from the leader, at a time of huge uncertainty.
Steve Gibson & Kieran Scott should be speaking.. now they may do this once the appointment is made, but it needs to happen.
Whats the plan? What's the strategy? Why has what happened, happened? Why should we have faith that the club is heading in the right direction?
He hasn't spoke publicly since the summer we got relegated, has he?

Craig Johns said that they had contacted the club yesterday to try and arrange something, but no one was available.
Is that the GK coach Wilder brought in from Man Utd still here?
Funnily enough 10 years ago there was an official request from Pyongyang to twin with Middlesbrough. Life imitating art or whatever.Middlesbrough twinned with north Korea
