Re: the clapping. Next door used to love the Thursday clapping; hitting the saucepans, clapping dust bin heads together (yeah, they still exist!) and whipping everyone else up in the road.

Funnily enough though, they can't've thought about it much when every day was open house during the lockdown and people came and went like it was Piccadilly Circus!
