US submitted a plan but the Iranians have already stated no deal on some points - most notably the reparations which they countered with their reparations demand from Israel and the USA. That will not go away IMO, and Iran have not made any statement that they agree to a ceasefire as yet or that the Strait of Hormuz will be opened for the ceasefire period.
 
It is reported that a two week agreement has been made which ceases all hostilities, including Lebanon, and frees up the SOH.

The best outcome I think in the current situation.

Will Israel hold up their end or sabotage the deal?

Will Hezbollah attack Israel to sabotage the deal?

Israel now says this doesn’t include Lebanon.

Trumps Art of the Dal. Tear up the excellent Obama deal where ships passed safely and for free through the Straits of Hormuz. Now they have to pay US $ 2m a shipment. The regime change is a younger more radical ayatollah who is smarting from his father’s death. No agreement to end Uranium enrichment in Iran and Leavitt come on to gaslight the world by claiming victory. Unbelievable.

Well, not sure how much is true about $2m per ship; it’s open and it’s free.
The regime is unknown and you can’t judge them yet but they have used their leverage really well because of trump’s terrible strategy.
They may well pursue enrichment at a faster pace because they now know the SoH is so important to the global economy and so Trump has created this $hitshow that may actually calm Israel down once they have a nuclear weapon; who says they can’t have one yet the crazy Israeli government can and the crazy rogue American regime has them at their fingertips.
Imperialism is over in terms of America after this.
Europe will now need to develop pipelines etc out of the middle east to remove the importance of the SoH or pivot to other sellers of oil but not America because it’s the beginning of the end for America after this.
Period.

I think there is sufficient evidence on line that Sharifs message was drafted up by the US and copied and pasted by the Pakistan leader. It was always going to be the get out. Way before last night.
 
I see there are significant rumours building that this pilot rescue that saw the destruction of a number of US aircraft may be a cover story for a botched raid to seize nuclear materials. It was hundreds of kilometers from the pilots known location and we know that GS has said the pilot had been recovered, moved to Iraq and returned to the americans in a cafe! More information is being leaked now that at least one of the C-130 aircraft was shot down with footage of it crashing in flames (apparently not AI) and the Iranian regime have released images of a charred body in a destroyed airframe.

And then I suddenly thought, could this actually be the raid from weeks ago that GS reported and the US are now using the pilot rescue as an excuse for at least the aircraft losses for now and possibly operator losses later. It also allows the Iranians to talk about it without admitting to having nuclear materials they have always denied having. Just a thought anyway.

If the Iranians had killed a large number of American special forces in a botched raid several weeks ago they would have been singing it from the rooftops.
Everyone knows they have enriched uranium and they wouldn’t admit to any more than that.

Remember how they paraded the remains of the botched embassy rescue?
