Not especially. We kept the run going either side of the World Cup.

We are just getting better. With another two weeks of Carrick’s training I expect us to average at least 3.5 points per game in the last 8 games.

Nah, it'll give us the chance to rest a few knocks, work on teh training ground, get Fry and McNairs noses straight, get Crooksy fit and laugh at Sheffields fixture congestion.

I think we will be level or a point behind. I don't want the complacency of going in thinking we have overtaken them, we've done this now.

We have 2 very big games before this break but as others have suggested we will want to go into the break in 2nd place and in the driving seat, lots of momentum, have a break, relax the mind and body for a few days, a bit of team bonding then explode back onto the pitch following intense training sessions at huddersfield with another exceptional performance and grow the confidence, the management team know what they are doing and Boro are laying in wait to take second spot and embrace it!

Alan McNally said ij the first half we were not our usual selves that was even when we were winning.

Possibly having so many players away (10) affected us negatively?

I am sure saying its the sole reason, but could have contributed..

I doubt Huddersfield were in the same boat.
