Injuries

I was just about to say the same thing.
Something has to be happening, or not, with the training. Our season is being totally ruined by injuries.

Two players gone off with pulled muscles after attempting their first sprint.

Either something wrong in our preparation, or we’re just being forced to play players when they’re not fit

Latte Lath got kicked, nothing you can do. Other impact injuries, back injuries etc. Just so unlucky, never known anything like it.

In the first case, the Chelsea lad slide tackles LL's ankle and doesn't get the ball.

Those are some mad diagnostic skills Nostradamus.
I hope he’s wrong but if that’s a torn hamstring and ligaments he could easily be right.

Weird how luck works.

The two players we have that can actually hurt them in behind and off they go before we can even have a go.

Will make it really hard to get out in the second half without the outlet those two provide as they’re both absolutely rapid.

I think Lath hyperextended his leg because of the late challenge. Could be anything.

Bangura was a classic hamstring - running full pace on a cold night then knocked of balance.

Chelsea player leaves something on Lathe, either by accident or design. Bangura probably a bit unlucky due to the cold weather. We look better with Josh up top anyway. Keeper my biggest worry atm!

The photo on the other thread clearly shows Latt taking studs to his ankle and under VAR would have been a penalty. The second was a shove in the back which resulted in Bangura standing on top of the ball and that caused their injury.
