This is a devastating cover of a Peter Hammill song by Dutch radicals The Ex. Produced in one take by Steve Albini, perhaps the first producer to truely capture the explosive live sound of The Ex in the studio.
I brought them to Middlesbrough to play on the tour for this LP, Aural.Guerilla. The local kids could not believe it when the band turned up in a decommissioned fire engine.
