I'm not even sure we make the playoffs

I mean anything is possible but it's hard to believe we'll continue to miss the number of chances and/or not start to get a bit more luck playing as we have been.

I mean our finishing is so bad it could improve to a point where it's still below average and it'd make a massive difference. It's currently well below average.

Our players could probably close their eyes while shooting and do better than they have been. Maybe that's the answer even!
 
Still got a more than reasonable chance of automatic but if not, of course we will be in the playoffs and we will play the opposition off the park like we always do. Now if we could only convert some of those pesky chances 🤣 Keep the faith and UtB!
 
We've got too many points not to get in the play offs from here, but on current form we don't stand a chance in them.

Unless something changes quickly I think we'll finish 4th and end up playing, and being beaten by, Southampton in the semi's.
 
Southampton 6 behind us if the score stays the same tonight with a game in hand, Wrexham 8 behind with us still needing to go there.
 
Wrexham losing today all but confirms it for us.

It's not going down to the last day, too much would need to go wrong for us and right for them.

Whilst I agree to a point, yesterday was the first game I felt we didn't play well enough to win.

The mental pressure on the players is obviously immense but it felt like we reverted to "safe" play in the last twenty when we were chasing the win.

Playing (slowly) for position, zero risks taken and floaty crosses from deep. Looked like a side not playing to instruction (or the instructions were clearly wrong).

We're at risk of hiding behind the stats at the moment in my view. I think (moreso hope) that a tactical masterclass is coming before sat, but I'm also confident that Hellberg is the man to both see it, and do it.
 
I only see Wrexham getting 5 points more before the Boro game so they will be out of the running for a playoff place by then.
I see Southampton winning all 6 remaining league games, yes I think they will beat Ipswich as will we.
Southampton to finish 2nd, Ipswich, Millwall and Boro all getting 8 points and Hull joining the 3 in the playoffs
