I just hope Wilder says something about it. Putting the fella down before he come onto the pitch is wrong and it will have a detrimental effect on the player as whole. I hope the lad was off to see Wilder and asks to go back due the toxic approach some so called Boro fans give him.

The OP said it he's wearing a Boro shirt I genuinely deteste when I've heard people boo our own players it effects the rest of the team.

So to me you are not a Boro fan at all, so might I suggest a date in your diary that may come in handy?? November 5th, burn your shirts, burn your books and burn your season ticket and find something else to do on an average Saturday.

No need to boo any player . Support anyone who wears the shirt. That was a sad moment from some .
We need to be as one , I hope Connelly comes through and proves the doubters wrong. He needs our support , he is part of the group trying to get the job done.
I can't fault him for effort, give him a break and get behind him, and anyone who is chosen to wear the shirt.

I think Connelly is the last player you could say has an attitude, he gives his all whenever hes on the pitch, if hes not good enough, which I actually think he is, then thats another matter

I don’t blame him. It was loud enough for Wilder and Connolly to hear so he is probably thinking what have I done to deserve this. Also probably worried if he goes and claps fans he gets more boos and stick.
