If Wilder was still here where would we be in the table?
As Lyndsey de Paul once sung, Rock Bottom, not only that Hayden Hackney would have been loaned out,If Wilder was still here where would we be in the table?
Dunno but he’d have been touting himself for the Southampton job I expect before pretending he didn’t want it when they went with someone else.If Wilder was still here where would we be in the table?
Rock bottom. No Hackney, Forss, Hoppe or Wilis.. Fry devoid of confidenceIf Wilder was still here where would we be in the table?
No Hopee of safety.Rock bottom. No Hackney, Forss, Hoppe or Wilis.. Fry devoid of confidence
It would have felt very premature to sack him then but I know what you mean about sending a message. I don't think I've seen a worse performance by a Boro team in my life, certainly not when compared to the importance of the match. It’s rhetorical question but I think the team might be still mired in the drop zone. I honestly think the players had lost faith in Wilder’s leadership and his one system philosophy.
Players have their own way in voicing their confidence in the manager— results matter of course and players have pride but I think the 4-1 loss at PNE last season sent out a strong message. He should have been sacked then.
And Akpom probably lives rent free in your head since he proved you wrong. He's probably be too busy living rent free in your head to focus on boro games
Except he doesn't - can you find any threads posted by me about him? I'll be here waitingAnd Akpom probably lives rent free in your head since he proved you wrong.
