It would have been really interesting how it would have played out.
All parties genuinely working together for the greater good.... compromise... balanced support
Just wondering really

Good question
Slim to non existent majority ought to mean a better chance of cross party views being discussed heard and worked on and delivered.
There is a bit of a phoney war going on at the moment where politicians are scared to be critical because of the consequences of being seen to be political for politics sake. Given that background I think there is less rigour and challenge.
If you have a huge majority you can be pretty single minded.

There’s a lot of sense in suspending Party politics and working as a coalition until this virus has passed, it sets a tone of unity and compromise and removes the politicisation of the current situation and shows that those in power are working for the good of society rather than personal or career gain.

When this first happened I wondered whether it would help or hinder brexit negotiations? With most countries likely to be on their knees financially the necessity to get a deal done should override all the posturing that has gone on thus far between the UK and the EU.

We wouldnt have gone to Benidorm for my son inlaws stag doo, my daughter wouldnt have got married & I wouldnt have had one of the best days of my life, cant believe it was one year ago
