I personally think not, they would have had too much opposition ahead of them.I would say John Collins or Scott Brown. Possibly Gary Mcallister..
No chance would it be Scott Brown. Not when you consider he played during the same era as Hargreaves, Carrick, Gerrard, Scholes and Lampard. Brown's not even in the same league as those players.I would say John Collins or Scott Brown. Possibly Gary Mcallister..
Again, I think Fletcher would have struggled getting into the side ahead of the likes of Gerrard and Lampard. I don't think Sullivan would have started ahead of Seaman either.Darren Fletcher or Neil Sullivan, most recently Andy Robertson would get ahead of all our English LBs
I personally think not, they would have had too much opposition ahead of them.
He is better than our current left backs, as is Tierney. Over the last 30 years though, there isn't much to chose from the home nations.Anyway, I reckon Andy Robertson
Only after a Scottish player. He is better than our current left backs, as is Tierney. Over the last 30 years though, there isn't much to chose from the home nations.
Bale, Giggs, Hendry,
Precisely why it's been set at 30 years! It would be much more thought provoking over the last 45-50 years.
Dalglish, Souness, Danny McGrain, Strachan, and a host of others who might have had a claim
I reckon Alan Hanson would have appeared more for a GB side than he did for Scotland.
Even more interesting going back to the early 60's...........
