Not one bit thank God . Imagine any player not giving 100% knowing you’re going to face that passion in the dressing room . He’s fantastic.

Oh he has mellowed, but his passion and love for the sport has not. He absolutely loves working with players and making them that bit better than they were. His personality is more infectious than Covid and Ebola combined. Imagine what he could do with a squad like Liverpool, Chelsea or Man Utd. I am sure he would eek more out of the groups in those squads. His alleged style of play is a myth, he has proved at Boro he adopts a style to suit the squad he has. Long may he remain at Boro.
