Do they get their hawks washed by Romanians? It probably is a sell out, with lots of rich locals buying tickets, but then if there's something better on the telly or their hawk needs a wash then they'll just forget about the tickets.
No, Filipino maids, usually.Do they get their hawks washed by Romanians?
45000 in a 68000 seater stadiumWhat was the crowd like for the England game
Plus those outside who couldn't get in because their tickets had vanished from the FIFA ticker app45000 in a 68000 seater stadium
You may be right. Just went on what the BBC commentators said. But it certainly was no where near full. Also worth noting that the stadium England played in does not have that capacity. It was originally planned to be increased but somewhere down the line they changed their mind. Like with most things in the World Cup.
Noise wise it was the same but I would imagine the atmosphere was better due to the nature of the game.I didn't watch England game but the atmosphere in the other games has been dreadful. You look at the Dutch normally they would have a full stand in orange making noise. It sounds like they have got an artificial sound track over the pictures the crowd doesnt seem to be following the game at all
The noise is quite clearly been pumped in.Noise wise it was the same but I would imagine the atmosphere was better due to the nature of the game.
I'm listening to this commentator about the ground only being three quarters full but aside from the middle section having empty seats (like Wembley's always does) it seems pretty full.
It just sounds like a typical match, albeit with a smaller partisan following. The same crap bands, the similar songs. There's a low hum that you get from big crowds when there's not much happening. The noise is quite clearly been pumped in.
