At the very worst, it was a 1 in 10 chance of getting a ticket.

Plenty won't have even tried to get one, I know some who didn't, and there will have been a lot of people who weren't quick on the draw to enter the queue and some who were tripped up by the site's many "N/A" seats.
I don't think the odds were that long that it needs a conspiracy.

Snouts in the trough

Maybe, just maybe, seen as they're both super fans they deserve to be shown some appreciation by the club in the form of an invite. One who gives up considerable time to run a fanzine and forum and drops almost everything else in his life to see us home and away.

The other our fan of the season who also puts in considerable effort to support the club full time despite it probably being easier to support someone else. He is extroverted and full on in his support for the club, maybe the club see the value in that and wish to reward it?

What about meeeeee wahhhh wahhh wahhh. Amazing how some will complain about snouts in troughs in some instances where they can immediately see how they lost out but will ignore and defend actual snouts in troughs.
