I don't think its Edwards

I got really bored of the City one. Enjoyed the Spurs one. Started the Arsenal one and wasn't very gripped to be honest.

Sunderland one was good but mostly cos they were in disarray.
The City one had its moments. The defeat at Wigan in the FA Cup and the loss to Liverpool in the CL the highlights. I think the viewer prefers bad news to good hence why we enjoyed Sunderland and Spurs. The Arsenal one had its ups and downs but they ended it with a bad run so good to watch.

Yes although the Reid one back in the day was about their promotion. But it was good to see him going nuts.

It’s interesting to read how much influence sky sports and the premier league had over those All or Nothings. They insisted on having the final say on what was put out in case there was material in there that could damage “the brand”. Hence the sanitisation

Exactly, basically makes them barely worth watching in my opinion. They're largely just puff pieces for the PL and their clubs, rather than actual fly on the wall documentaries. Obviously they can't influence results but they edit everything else.

I wasn't saying to watch the documentaries because they were entertaining, just as an example of how the managers have changed in the way they speak to players; I don't mean shouting vs speaking but the level of detail and instruction they give these days. It's a completely different game these days

The Reid one was the 96/97 season, when they got relegated with us. (While building the Stadium if Light).

'Premier Passions'
The full series is on You Tube but it won't let me link it on here for some reason.

Well worth a watch.

Ah did they do a sequel about the later promotion then?

That's lifted from the interview I posted on last page. I've no idea if he'll get the job, or even be considered, but I do find it incredible how many seem to be framing him as some simple minded cheerleader with no tactical understanding when his coaching CV is better than most of the other candidates. If the tragedy hadn't happened he wouldn't be at boro now, he would be a head coach with several years experience.

His simple explanation of why he picked Hackney shows he knows what he's doing.
