It feels more like someone is already here and we’re waiting on Watmore and Muniz to go before we announce anything..

Left sided attacker?
The Swiss lad?
Man Utd midfielder?
Flew in yesterday?
Something Big?

Has anyone checked Teesside airport? Flight arrived from Cranwell (East Midlands) at 12:06 today..

Agree that we probably can make it work but if I were Carrick I'd want two dedicated names in each box, and that's where it falls down slightly. That said, appreciate Forss has shifted positions in the last few weeks.

I think the right hand side is sewn up with Forss/Jones.

Striking options appear to be Archer/Crooks/Hoppe (assuming Muniz goes or isn't involved much)

It's competition for Akpom and McGree's roles which seems lacking for me - particularly McGree who is playing a very specialist role at present. Giles could operate there but we'd look very different going forward if he did imo.

I've got a feeling we might end up signing a number 10 - back up for Chuba and McGree (given he effectively plays as a number 10 in the inside left channel currently).

Mason Mount is probably the closest I can think of (in terms of style rather than likelihood before anyone asks!!)

EDIT: Or Aaron Collins at Bristol Rovers, who it appears we're now being linked with?
