As someone who has their dogs on leads at all times and always picks up their s**t, as will the vast majority why should we all be tarred with the same brush?
Shall we move on to kids (and adults) tossing their plastic bottles all over the place - often on the floor in plain site of a bin? Maybe they should watch a film of wildlife dying from eating or getting caught in it

Agreed but put it on repeat for hours and hours until it’s burnt into their mind so they never forget it.
