This side is seriously lacking any mf creativity and the manager doesn’t seem bothered.

I think there are serious problems behind the scenes (that’s my own opinion other may disagree and that’s fine) but to see the likes of hoppe cast aside when we can’t hit barn door is just baffling.

That mf has no legs at all and whoever though mowatt is the answer wants shooting let alone sacking.

Btw watmore and muniz never stopped running.

But yep I’m now officially worried.

Infuriating if that is the case. If it is Wilder should leave. Scott was here when he joined, he knew he was signing up fro this DoF model.

To deliberately depreciate a multi million pound asset is insane. We're not a wealthy club. If thats what hes doing, it's completely counter productive to getting his own targets in. He'll end up taking us back to the finances of Woodgates transfer window.

I can well believe wilder is petty and vindictive enough to do that.
 
This club has deeper problems than Chris Wilder.

To begin with, remove all of our loaned players and see what you're left with. A bang average side that would be rooted to the foot of the table. Whoever the manager may be come January/next summer needs backing otherwise league one beckons

Fingers crossed that is the case. He did get subbed on in one of the matches. Reading I think? Which makes me think it can't possibly just be some pathetic stand Wilders making.

I hope I’m wrong and it’s not a conspiracy it’s just how I feel.

Something though is def not right I think we can all see that
 
It's bizzare. Whilst he won't have been guaranteed a starting place I'm sure Hoppe was at least given the expectation that he would at least get some game time to show what he can do. If he can't even get on the bench most of the time in a period where Akpom has been out for seven games then what does that say? Is he that bad and/or unfit? The same can be said of Forss to some degree as he hasn't had much of a kick either. If they are not good enough then why the hell did we sign them? I don't go for this 'development' bull. How are they going to develop without playing? They would have to go out on loan if they aren't going to play for us.

Agree with all that. And I'm not convinced either will turn out to be worse than Connelly was last season and yet he got loads of game time.

Without loan players we still have a side which should be comfortably mid table. In fact, we still have the bulk of the side that ended up just outside of the playoffs last year.

We could have the below side with no loan players:

Roberts
Jones
Dijksteel
Fry
Clarke
Bola
Crooks
Howson
McGree
Watmore
Forss

Many sides in this division would kill for that team.

Whilst I hope Wilder can turn things around, I think that a) his unwillingness/inability to change his style to suit the players we have and b) his public criticism of players for being unable to do what he wants is hurting us.

I was quite pleased watching last night's match. I think the immediate priority is defence and we got that right. A break now to reset, get some training in and hopefully we'll come back a different team.

Thankfully we are only 5 points off the playoffs - we can make that back up in a few games if we hit the ground running.

I think we'll be fine.
