Morsy in the middle can boss the game.
Howson on the left.
Mcnair on the right.
Hall - boss the defence from centre midfield.

Now, we must have two decent strikers.....

If we can emulate the Leadbitter - Clayton midfield: able to pull the team together.
Grab the team by the balls.
Not afraid to tell team mates where they should be...
Perhaps Morsy can be part of that partnership?

Morsy should be part of the partnership. We just need to get another midfielder for his partner. I appreciate people always look for the positives in players but after 2 or 3 years Saville, Mcnair and Howson have never shown the drive to play that role. They were all bought as midfielders who arrive into the box late and grab a few goals.

Agreed.
Saville has been an abject failure for the money. Too few consistent performances. Spatial awareness of a strawberry trifle.
Him and Wing could go in my own opinion.
We cant afford "projects": Wing cant go any further. Saville is "average".
