Sounds like Hoppe might well be playing based on the Gazette article today. Howson and Lenihsn both fit, apparently. Maybe Wilder thinks this is a game for a big man up top? Surprised he would be picked in front of Forss, though. The latter has scored goals in the Championship in the past.

Ah, hope that's the case, or should it be Hoppe that's the case? Howson is massive for us.

The thing I don't get is the amount of people who criticisebthe club for not having a model closer to that which Brentford have found so successful, and yet when we do precisely that the same people aren't happy that we have

I sincerely hope he goes back to 2 up top. Buying all them centre forwards and then only playing 1 up top would be monk level *****. Plus we need a midfielder on the bench to freshen up.
