Hiring car from Enterprise question

Has anyone on here hired a car from them? What documentation do you need to take when collecting the car?
I'm struggling to get down there before I get the car as I'm working and they are not answering the phone or my online question submitted
Their site says driving licence plus ID but the list of ID includes driving licence - so is that enough on its own or do I need anything else?
I've got utility bills too
Any advice would be appreciated - thanks in advance

Driving licence is normally sufficient.

Licence. Having a debit/credit card to pay the deposit that has the same billing address is helpful but not essential

The essential items you will need to bring to a branch when renting from Enterprise is valid drivers licence, valid ID, 25+ years old to rent and credit or debit card.

Driving licence and a credit card. A lot of hire car companies won't accept debit cards.

enterprise do, it's the only reason I use them. They don't like it but they do do it. The problem with debit cards is they take the whole deposit and pay it back a week later.

I would’ve thought so as just showing the photo card proves nothing really. I’ve seen some crazy situations where vehicles have been stolen due to non existent driver vetting. I think Enterprise do a 1p chip and pin credit card transaction as a security check.

If it's a private hire they'll come and collect you from home to get the car.

From memory if you order online you can add you driving license number which allows them to check your details.
