Hikvision CCTV issue

I have 3 cams, 2 of which work fine both in live view and playback. The 3rd only loads up to a percentage and then comes up with error code 260015, which after some googling is listed as a time out error.

I'm reluctant to do an off and on again on the recording box in case I make things worse, or should I just try this. Anyone have the same issue

Ok, so I just changed the 3rd Cam resolution settings which were different to the other 2 for some unknown reason and saved the new settings and they presto!

Wish I'd done that about 2pm this afternoon and saved me a frustrating afternoon!
