The big earners are part of the issue: Fletcher, Saville and Assombalonga are [financially] unsustainable.
I would add Anfernee to that and sell Marcus Browne to Ocford.
If any club comes in for Dael Fry we should sell him in order to reinvest.

Sam Stubbs is a good young defender who has experience on loan - we need to use him in the first team.
There are others in there who may get their chance sooner, depending on who the manager is.

We cant afford to buy-in expensive experiments and mercenaries any longer.

I bet they would be comparable to what we have now. Joe Hart and Ben Gibson look like the big hitters there... maybe a bit over the top with them.
(but they’re all free transfers)

I’d get rid of Britt purely cos we can’t afford him If we are in league 1 and we might some money from selling him which will be useful.

I’d keep all the current loanees ideally except Nmecha but don’t actually think we’ll see any of them here next season for various reasons.

Don’t know enough about a lot of the youngsters to make a judgement so they’ve been kept.

A LOT of work to be done this summer whatever division we are in.

We'll still owe money on the transfer fee of Saville, (and Assombalonga and others?) so any income from them selling them wont necessarily generate money for new players.

We would never get anything near what we paid for either Saville or assombalonga.

I suppose the reverse is true and we are probably still owed some incoming transfer money.

I know that is virtually all of the senior players gone, but some money generated and a very large wage bill saved when added to Randolph, Ayala and Gestede.
Take a look at the table, what these experienced lads are paid and tell me we couldn't do a hell of a lot better with their supposed value and costs.
The clear out has to be major.
Don't hold on to useless players who are done for fear of squad turnover.

That squad is so unbalanced its listing.
I take no pleasure, just like yourself, in pointing out the obvious.:(
 
While I'm not desperate to see anyone leave I can honestly say I wouldn't bat an eyelid if any of them left either
Some have been less bad than others but youngsters apart what have any of them done this season?
