Health Secretary Therese Coffey gave leftover antibiotics to a friend

She is this government in microcosm. Bloated, self-serving and an astonishingly arrogant delusion that she knows best, can just speak her mind and doesn't need to listen to any experts.

I'm sure she firmly believes she's worthy of the office of she holds (including that of deputy PM), has "earned it" and will be completely oblivious to her own dangerous ineptitude.

The fact our health secretary is pretty much in the pocket of the tobacco industry tells you everything you need to know about where we are now as a country.
 
Coffey is clearly there just to mock and destroy the NHS. She does not give a fcuk about anyone outside her own circle. i.e. she is a tory.

That is absolutely bonkers. I smoke but have never and never will smoke anywhere near them or in sight of them nevermind in the same car as them.

Great post uncle festa.

Make no mistake, we are fcuked as a country, especially the public services; NHS POLICE and Education will all decline further in the next 5yrs plus.
The main reason is without growth in the economy we are stuffed as a country.
Growth is impossible now we’ve left our biggest trading partner UNLESS (as the far right Tories want to do) regulation in all types of areas of our lives is slashed to allow businesses carte Blanche across greenfield land, lower food and environmental standards ALL to achieve growth and try to justify yes ; BREXIT.
The country is literally fcuked and even the Labour Party darent come out and state : we will transform our relationship with the Eu and pull down trade barriers and join the single market which also allows for free movement and to fill the thousands of jobs we can’t currently fill
 
She will be getting pedalled soon enough, right after Truss. The nazi Braverman will also be bombed out.
 
Until we get some of our trading relationship back with the EU then the UK will be in decline and we need more workers for hotels, hospitality, cleaning, picking fruit. All gone after brexit. (and Covid BUT never came back because of Brexit)
This country is a basket case unless we slash regulation to achieve growth in the economy. slashing regulation will mean misery for millions.(read Britannia Unchained By Liz Truss et al no less)
