Wilder signed a 2 and 1/2 year deal last year so will have a year to go come the summer if he lasts that long.
Its a difference of opinion, I am glad I dont think like you, this team has performed playing Wilders way so why would we not get going again?
We are having a difficult period and that happens, it takes time to build squads and any ther manager would need time, what if we change and it doesnt start well, do we get rid of that manager and go again...?
Things are not great at the minute but wilders CV speaks for its self, he ahs been in the job less than a year give it time, if things dont pick up by the world cup, I am sure the club will look to make a change, however I do think we will improve and start to put games to bed!
Recruitment is a different story, Wilder has obviously got some of his targets but other players seem to be signed by the club which I dont agree with, it has to be players the manager wants!
Also the sanctioning of sales without replacements, all club hierachy, is wrong!
Players have to take responsibility, the manager can only do so much, they are the ones under performing to the levels they set at times last year.
Wilder is trying to trust his players to get there form back, Jones, Crook but if they dont then he will be forced to change the starting 11.
