Have you watched any xmas films yet?

Batteries not Included was great at the time. I’m surprised you haven’t got a reboot . Explorers and flight of the navigator

Gremlins, Trading Places, Leathal Weapon, First Blood, Batman Returns, Planes Trains & Automobiles..

The New Lindsey Lohan one on Netflix🤣

Oh and the opening 30 minutes of the cartoon version of the Grinch about 33 times with the kids.

Already watched Scrooge with Albert Finney.

More for Anton Rogers singing Thank You Very Much which for me is the highlight of the whole film.

Terrifier 3. I mean it's the most unfestive film ever made. That said I did enjoy it. A killer clown dressed as Santa.

ALthough don't sit down and watch with the kids after Xmas dinner . They would never accept a present off Santa again. If you've seen it you'll know why🥺

Watched Santa Claus The Movie and Hot Frosty on Sunday. Me and the Mrs usually watch one classic and one new, brutally cringey hallmark type (but now Netflix) on a Sunday night over the festive period.
Next Sunday we've got Love Actually (my favourite!) and Twas The Text Before Christmas lined up.

Those hallmark/netflix films are unreal for all the wrong reasons. Everyone wearing red/green/plaid, someones failing business (hotel, cafe, book shop) gets saved by the new guy/girl in town in some way that involves the whole town pulling together, there is always a winter festival/xmas market, the couple usually always decorate a tree together, usually there is some wise rotund white bearded fella who inspires the shy guy/girl, more often than not the guy/girl is a widow/widower...
