Shocking display. Didnt get going at all and hopefully a wake up call. Woodgate and Robbie must come up with a plan to create chances as desperately putting on 4 forwards was pointless.

However I do feel a bit for the Luton fans. Get beat all the time away and turned up in appalling weather. We boro fans have felt these moments as underdogs before and to be honest im buzzing for them.
 
Buzzing for them ? Odd, as I thought they were a nasty horrid time wasting excuse of a team. Btw they are a terrible side and you can see why their away record is so poor. We just were worse.

I sort of understand where you're coming from but when they kept the ball they passed it around well, had us chasing shadows, yes we were awful but they deserve a bit of credit
The rest of their game is brought on by their management team to cheat, dive & time waste, though if we'd had a bit of that, Luton 1st game of the season, Wigan last week, Brentford, then we'd be sitting on a bigger advantage over the bottom 3 than we currently do
 
I didn't see the match but they are a team of very limited resources. I wouldn't blame them at all for trying everything to hold onto a slim lead. Especially after 11 straight away defeats.

I always used to think Luton fans were unpleasant and the most hostile I've seen towards the North. However to bring nearly 1000 all the way up here, in this weather, with their form, you've got to respect that. Proper fans.
 
Yes they were Zorro but you cant blame the fans for that. You can blame us for not having the nous to be able to pass the ball around the worse team in the league. We only have ourselves to blame, no composure, no clue and worse of all no plan or pattern. In the grand scheme of things we wont go down and Luton probably will. Just felt happy for their fans that made the journey. We have been in their position before and all that
 
We were shocking... very very bad team selection... Wing is not a number 10 - Tav , Ravel or even Johnson could have done that role. Link to front two was an issue early in the game and wasnt resolved.. Ended up with 4 forwards on and no link

Luton only started passing the ball around us towards the end and that was because we had 4 forwards in the pitch! Wing and McNair were chasing shadows. I would expect any team in the country to pass it about like that when it’s 4/5 on 2. I thought Luton were very poor but much better than us.
