Has it rained where you are ?

Went to the Gare around 1830 lot of sea har, had to put my lights on coming home, then the rain followed us back to the Boro.

My wife thinks I'm bonkers because I prefer the winter, to me summer is hay-fever,sweating your Jacobs off, not being able to sleep and no football.
I also prefer dark nights and it being a lot cooler.
Enjoyed a lovely stroll from Redcar to Saltburn along the beach today, very good for the soul a walk along the beach.
Hope you are well AET

You aren’t alone.

I can’t function properly in this, and carry on as normal and it’s making me downright bloody miserable. Doesn’t help my c***ing employers don’t want anyone in the office so I’m stuck at home

oh well

Anyone go to Whitby for the fireworks? I left just after 9 when a few spots came down and visibility wasnt looking great with fog. I got to the Pickering roundabout and it peltered down all the way back to Boro .. did this rain arrive in Whitby?

No sign of the Abbey under the mist/fog

I’m in Southern California— no rain for months here, which is normal so if it’s normal then I’m not going to have any problems with what happens tomorrow. Nonetheless I still take an interest in weather and the cycles of weather across the globe.
