Agree with the expectation issue. Many people crumble under the weight of expectation and that feels like the case with Jones. Possibly a bit of time out of the team and him having more of a feeling that he's there to add to the team, rather than carrying it (like he was last season at times) may help.Daft to suggest getting rid in my opinion. As already pointed out, if he's still able to chip in with a few goals and assists whilst apparently having a bad season, then it's worth hanging on to see him when he hits form.
Honestly though I think there's probably a different level of expectation from fans with him, compared to last year when he was an unknown quantity and it was such a bonus that he did as well as he did. I suspect he probably had mostly defensive coaching during Wilders year with him too, for the RWB role, so it'll maybe take him a while to get back to his best as a winger.
