Been exploring this area in the Corsa recently.
Hartlepool Headland is like the land that time forgot....there is literally nobody there. Great for a good walk and sea air, I went into the Pot House pub and sat outside with a plastic glass and had a pint of Wingman by Brewdog and porkie scratchings...Saw Andy Capp
There are more benches than people disgrace tbh, they also have a paddling pool but it was all dryed out like a Serengeti water hole Tryed to find Mr Chris cake factory, I got some gatows from there back in the day.
Didn't they have a racehorse named after it ??
Anywhere else the property would be worth a fortune and it would be gentrified with snooty bars and restaurants selling chowder but it's cheap as chips, maybe cos it's difficult to get to ?
Went to Crimdon Dene and beach, very nice I identified a Stonechat and saw some deer and lots of dogmess
Also been to Seaham that seems to have had a lot of investment, the harbour area is nice and been in the Spoons I found some seaglass and made a picture out if it with copydex...
Also been to Seaburn and Roker, more investment..Roker Park is nice and they have a Stack thingy and a few new establishments at Seaburn. I went in the Seaburn Inn which is brand new and had a breakfast. And saw the old tram stop that sells coffee and looks quite poshe...they found human remains on the beach recently but don't let that put yoos off...perhaps it was Newy ?
A.load of new bars seem to have popped up at Seaton Carew .....hic
Think I saw Nosmo working in The Almighty Cod (assistant manager) ?? Had a small portion of land and sea
The public toilets near the bus stop still smell tho....Offitt
PS Seaside Sammy's has changed name
Any other recommendations guys ????
