Harold Moukoudi

Erimus - excited? Maybe you're getting confused. The first sentence was in reply to Wilf's assertion that Moukoudi has two own goals to his name.

Own goal aside I'm not convinced by him yet, in fact far from it.

The best defenders look calm and assured (Woodgate for example) and he looks anything but when defending in his own box - he looks skittish and nervous. But he's a big lad and obviously athletic so needs a bit of time to settle before anyone can make a proper judgement.
I agree Jonny, was at Brentford and my overriding thought was he was a big unit rather than a composed player. Looks like he is a bit clumsy to me and has a mistake in him, but I have been wong before!

I think we should snap him up ASAP , if he’s at a bargain price Hel be a good investment. How many grumbled at being linked with McGuire at £4m . It’s a no brainier and hopefully leave us with more money in the summer to invest .

Definitely not a deflection. A full on attempted clearance. He knew a Wigan player was in if he did not go for it. He didn’t have time for anything else but a headed clearance imho. I thought he was decent with the ball at his feet. He seems to get rushes of blood though, like the time he carried the ball out, passed it and ran forward into the RW position. He reminded me a little of Andre Bikey actually (albeit with a bit more culture and finesse) :)

I think any monies we have to spend on a CB in the summer will be spent on Gibson first mind

Yes can see this happening coluka

He was talking about the deflected goal at Brentford Erimus.

Which wasn't an own goal, a deflection doesn't equal an own goal, so it's harsh to try and pin it on Moukoudi.
The player only got a shot off because of a poor initial clearance from somebody else.

Yes, my first sentence was in reply to Wilf's post immediately before mine at the end of the previous page. I should have stated a new paragraph before continuing with the rest of my reply to avoid confusion.

Apologies, watching on my phone it looked as though he headed it in, as my Glenn Keeley comments suggested
