My dad too is no longer with us but I can see him now dancing and hugging a complete stranger in the aisle when Massimo scores the fourth. Happy sad indeed.

I never went to the second leg and the FA Cup semi final against West Ham due to being violently attacked by three lads in Normanby on the Thursday after the away leg.
We had an excellent time out in Bucharest and have some great memories. The pictures I have added are of a group of local kids who were playing football against Boro kids in the square outside the pub. These kids were very hungry and everyonevwas feeding them. It was a warm day and I took my jumper off from under my coat and hung it over a bike railing. I watched one of the kids take it and thought 'he needs it more than I do'.

We had a much better time in Bucharest than we did in Rome.
