For us Ashington = Wansbeck Hospital
A friend and I have an annual pilgrimage to watch a Blyth Spartans game, they're our non League team.
Friend's from Bournemouth so we go to St James to watch them play, tinker with the SPL,Hearts and Hibs are easy on the train from Berwick although the standard is really poor, it really is.
Then of course trips to see the Mighty Boro.
Think we can do it tonight, typical unexpected result

I've an ST at Ashington, difficult start the season.

Pales with what's happening off the pitch at Blyth Spartans though, things don't look good at all.
 
Happy Birthday WeeGord - Ashington you say. So, have we met then as I meet regularly with Boro and not Boro fans from Ashington area. In fact an Ashington lad wrote for the fanzine this week.
