Hannes Wolf

never heard of him tbh, but it does seem like the Wilder sacking was not planned that well in advance as it looks like we had no clue who was going to replace him, assuming something unexpected triggered the sacking, it would be good to get some information from the club about what happened and what the plan is

New update ffs:
Hannes Wolf (born 15 April 1981) is a German football manager who last was the caretaker of Bayer Leverkusen. Currently in talks with Middlesbrough with the aim of relegating them to league one due to the **** poor squad at his disposal

I HOPE the club know what they're doing. It isnt my job or even ours as fans to know these managers or even understand the clubs thinking behind them its ours to back the team.

By all accounts Southgate has put Carrick onto us, Edwards is friends of someone at the club, Bruce and Gibson know each other so all will speak and all will get their chance to put their ideas and ethos across, and it'll be down to the top brass to pick who they think is the best man for the job out of those who actually want the job. Thats the important bit. We might want Dyche or Farke whoever, if they dont want the job then we need to look at the gentlemen who want the position and trust the club to pick the best man.

We all lauded Wilder and were over the moon when he came, saw him as the messiah who was going to get us to the PL, when we sold Spence we were all spending the cash and then same with Tav and for whatever reason it didnt work out so lets just see what the new man can do before judging him on his surname

As it should be really, we can't have the fan base going mad at a manager allegedly pursuing other clubs and banging on about loyalty and commitment meanwhile the chairman is interviewing his replacement

yeah but when we sacked Warnock if I remember correctly Wilder was in place very quickly as though we had something lined up but not this time it seems

Maybe Bob Mortimer had the inside scoop when he recorded that dictaphone message?

Roary the Hand Lion?
