I think Fry did a lot of covering for others yesterday. And was a good outlet from the back.

Lenihan should also be looked at - I think he has been abysmal this season (but so has everyone)

I wouldn’t be averse to this.

Yesterday the Blackburn goals came because we didn't defend the midfield area as well as we should have, giving the Blackburn player almost free shots on goal. Also noticed other key chances Blackburn players had, were when when the young VDB was the wrong side of the Blackburn attacker he was due to mark. Its all round defending and poressing thats our problem not just centre halves.

He was phenomenal yesterday. He bossed that second half comeback but too many others were out of sorts. I think Howson having been unfit for so much of the summer is meaning his passing is very off and on.

Not having this I’m sorry. I know a game is all about opinions but watch that back and you will see Hackney gave the ball away on multiple occasions and often let his man run straight through him all game. He was on the floor also multiple times as just not strong enough. A shocking performance all game, not just the first half.

Take a look at Blackburns breakaways in the second half when they should have scored 3 or 4 more goals. Nearly all came from poor Hackney passes or being caught in possession.

you either want the team to brave and try forward passes or we can go back to being sideways and backwards
we lost yesterday because we missed 10 sitters and our 5mil striker is afraid to shoot

I want the team to win games again - its a lot easier to stop the opposition getting relatively easy chances, than develop top class strikers.

We haven't kept a clean sheet in the league away from home since November.
