Don't get me wrong, he should have stepped down sooner. He should have bowed out on a high after winning the FA cup, but the guy had earned the right to be the one to decide when he'd had enough after everything he had done for the club.
 
If they were to change manager, whoever took over would be limited by the crazy financial decisions they’ve made in the past.
Ozil sat about doing nothing, never players on massive wages, Pepe was signed for what £72 million? How they got that valuation is crazy as he looks average, Willian is okay but big wages at 32 and not had much impact.
Defence containing Mustafi and Luiz who are both liabilities.

They’ve promoted a fair few young players who look like okay premier league players, but not top 6. Well not at the moment anyway.

What they do have in lacazette and aubeymeyang should be goals. The way those 2 are playing should be enough to show Arteta isn’t getting anything right.
