I mean Liz Truss did genuinely say British people were workshy b***ds (or words to that effect) and Jacob Rees-Mogg moved quickly to clear up any confusion around whether she might have "misspoke" or been "quoted out of context" by confirming she absolutely did mean what she said.
Meanwhile Boris is on his second free holiday and Rishi "Robin Hood" Sunak is openly boasting about taking from the poor to give to the rich.
I haven't got a clue what to believe anymore.
