Good night

I’ll keep this brief. I’m permanently anxious, still struggling physically and mentally. Signed off work so bored and isolated. Terrified the Physio I’m having isn’t working. Not going to say any more or go into detail. Thanks all and sorry about last night.
Good to know you're still with us mate. Even in the most awful times, life is full of possibilities. I sincerely hope things look up for you soon.

Hahaha
Decided against it and went for a long walk instead.
Just dont watch cricket would be my advice aet...

Glad you are still with us. The arguments on here aren't real life though I get how it can seem that way particularly if this is your main interactions day to day.

I suspect a lot of nuance is lost in the typed word and what seems rude and dismissive, probably isn't meant that way.

Mostly is people trying to win an argument come what may.

Keep strong and as always reach out to me if you need someone to talk to, I am sure others would do the same. Anytime aet.

It makes me happy to see that you are still posting on here aet 👍
Well if it makes you happy then I’m happy that your happy.

better day today. Walked 27k steps or 12.8 miles.

As for the cricket - years watching the Boro has made me immune to sporting doom and gloom…..I said to one of my family when they were eating away into our lead after tea on Saturday there would be an inevitable 5th day 2nd innings England batting collapse when trying to scrape a draw….

Scoreboard pressure, its quite a thing.

You look and think, well they should be able to get 350 runs or so, they've done it in the past, but if you look at the number of 2nd innings where a team has actually won, the number of runs required are quite low, except for a few.

I have had an horrific last two days.
Good performance tonight but it was just something going on, on my TV in the corner of the room. Utb
