I decided to stay off here for a while. No idea why I’m posting this. Failed miserably didn’t I.

Still at least the Boro won yesterday.

Can’t be arsed arguing about football, England, Qatar, the World Cup, FIFA, Gareth Southgate, or anything else for that matter. Life’s too short.

Depression and mental illness is one horrific disease isn’t it.

Yes, it is. I've lost more than one friend through it, including my best mate some 20 odd years ago. I'm very glad you're still here and still talking.

On a related note, I had the privilege of interviewing these fellas this week about losing their daughters to suicide. They're absolutely inspirational in what they're doing in the face of the most horrific circumstances. The Young 'Uns song written about them is well worth checking out too but prepare to get something in your eye.
