Gold Season Card Holders

Yes, available to buy online for non gold cards, but you will have to claim your refund from last seasons 4 games, back via email using the online form.
 
Wow, communication is awful! Nobody will know they’re back on sale unless on this forum. What are the club playing at?!
 
I have renewed 4 tickets today , was very surprised, can only assume when the gold card deadline passed, the tickets were released again for purchase, like I said, you can’t redeem your refund but you can do that via email, looked on MFC website and nothing on there at all about tickets on sale again.

Hi yes just renewed our 3

Thought it was a mistake at first as no announcement been made yet.

Does anyone know the email address for the refund of the games missed from last season?
 
Just renewed our 2 tickets as well...all very bizarre for them to release the sale of season tickets without any announcement! I had checked the MFC website yesterday and a couple of times today, as was hoping they would put season card renewals back on after the end of the gold card exclusive purchase period, but nothing. It was only reading through these threads that I found out. Thanks for the heads up 👍
 
Yes, many thanks for the info. I've just renewed, got my confirmation email and requested a form for the refund.

Just queued on the phone for half an hour only to be told I can't renew as only for Gold Card Holders still.They were not aware of non gold card holders being able to renew online either.Was told to wait for an announcement.Im unable to try online as I'm in the GRFZ with my son and it won't allow me to process the payment which I think has always been the case.

That info is incorrect, as the Gold Card renewal deadline was Saturday.
 
i had no idea the cards were back on sale but have just tried to renew and it wouldnt let me. there is absolutely no information on MFC website at all. As a long standing (although not gold) season ticket holder im getting increasingly fed up with the total lack of information available. i should not really have to keep up to date with a thread on a message board to find out when tickets might be available or what the arrangements are.:mad:

I’ve just tried to do mine online and it said “no subscriptions to renew” - my 84 year old dad feeling pressure to renew, when he goes on to renew his seat has moved 4 rows back and 11 seats across - I might just leave this season and wait for Boro to get some competence
