Goalkeeper

Vorm was very, very good when he played for Swansea years ago, but my worry with these 2nd choice keeper who seasons without any games, is how motivated are they?
 
I'm not overly worried by Stojanovic, myself.

He's not been amazing but I don't think he's been terrible.
Most of the goals we've conceded have been down to non-existent defending rather than goalkeeping errors.
 
Hart is a player who is frustrated at being second choice, hence why I think he will go to a team now who will make him first choice. That makes us an option, but he would also have to seriously come down on wages he has been used too. If it’s wages he wants, he will go abroad probably
 
Linked with Pompey and Charlton keepers. Pompey one is only 22 and 20 odd games so not sure experience wise.

Philips at Charlton was player of the year and ever present.

I doubt we would go for Hart. He'd be on 40-50k a week minimum.

He’s on nothing currently he’s out of contract. If he wants that then it’s a no go for sure but it’s worth asking the question, we may already of and decided it was to expensive.
 
Stojanovic was getting better every game, he pulled off some worldie saves in the last few games, and his handling vs Sheff Wed was excellent.

I would take a punt on Hart if that was possible, but I wont be overly worried if we dont sign a new keeper.

Darlo are absolutely desperate to have Pears back. They thought he was outstanding for them.

And rightly or wrongly it seems to have more status as a result even if the general standard is lower. Can you imagine Ibrahimovic's ego allowing him to drop to the championship, even if a team could match his wages?
