I think it's Wilkinson on Borough Road, from what I can remember fr last year he's the only one locally.
Google notary public, £70 for a stamp on your passport copy.

Macks on Borough Road did it for me. Was free though as a favour, this bit doesn't help you

They can't notarise. Only the notary public can do that I believe.

Not trying to be blunt but people need to check and get important documents endorsed properly.
Generally they are solicitors but most solicitors aren’t notaries.
