A mate of mine gave up his job and became a professional poker player on line. Nice work if you are good enough and he was. About 200 US dollars a day if he had a few wins.

Another would bet large amounts on Premier League score draws but wouldnt touch the horses, no chance.

Both profited from the system but really knew what they were doing.

No idea on poker or any other casino game to be honest. I know poker is a one of the very few you can profit from as skill can be applied but I also know that I don’t possess it.
3-3 draws were over priced years ago as were hole in ones in the big golf tournaments but they soon realised their errors and acted accordingly.
As for the nags there’s about 35 to 40 races ran every day and in all but about three or four of them the margins favour the book.
There are some lopsided markets where the antiquated place terms are under round and favour the punter. It’s knowing how to spot them but it becomes second nature before long. These races are sent to shop managers every morning and are on the screens behind the counter. They severely limit stakes on these races and if you do this and nothing else online your account will be closed in next to no time.
