Shin pads ? They're the real professionals.

Shin pads, footy boots & the black 'anti-glare' under eye paint.... now you're talking..

wonder why footballers haven't used the ant-glare paint yet.. as soon as one does all the other lemmings & superstitious fainthearts will :-D

Saw a Luis Suarez FKW in Liverpool Airport once. Must have been about 50. Even his kids were just wearing the shirt!

Wonder if they are starting to the black analysis bras under there football tops. I have to say grown men wearing footy tops on holiday especially on the plane is such a chavy thing to do save it for the Geordies

My favourite FKW experience involved a holiday to Puerto Banus about 15 years ago, Newcastle to
Malaga flight in rocks a whole family of FKW, Nan, Grandad, Mum, Dad, a boy and his younger sister all resplendent in their Sunderland away kit including pulled up socks in the Grandad's case (it was the light blue Sunderland away kit Reg Vardy) they all had McGuiness on the back but no numbers...anyway as great as this was it was trumped by the return flight when the same family, could tell it was them because they had the same names on the back, turned up all dressed in the corresponding home kit, this time grandad followed family convention and rolled his socks down.

Away kit because they were going away, home kit for coming home, the infallible logic of the family FKW.

Another of my favourite FKW was at the Monaco GP and all of those that came dressed as pit crew, one or two complete with headsets....grown men.

Strolling along Wellington harbour foreshore this evening was a Haaland embossed Man City FKW.

Impressive. Shorts, socks n all. Was about 35 years old too. No doubt next seen in a European resort near you.
To be fair, isn't there an indoor five a side place down there somewhere near the climbing wall?

Don’t give out excuses, even if you wear a football top for 5 a side you can wear plain shorts with it so you don’t look like a w*nker.

I'm thinking of bringing the FKW back into fashion. I've been responsible for a few fashion trends in recent years. First they clock the look when I'm out and about. Then it appears on the catwalk, then the high street. I've got a big meeting at work on Wednesday so that might be a good time to start.
